I’m a conflicted
dreamer who longs to settle down but can’t settle
I keep chasing dreams
while leaving others on my pillow. There as a constant reminder before I go to
sleep every night
They creep off the
pillow into my thoughts and keep me awake
An adventurous
homebody who wants to take over the world but stay grounded
A constant battle
between my wings and roots, a battle that I don’t think will ever be won by either
side
